Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship pet products internationally?
Yes. FurvioShop ships our dog and cat accessories worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your region.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is completely free for all US orders, with no minimum purchase required. International orders have a flat shipping fee of just $2.99. Either way, the price you see at checkout is final, with no surprise fees.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to follow your package every step of the way.
Why are some products shipped separately?
To get your supplies to you as quickly as possible, items in the same order may be dispatched from different fulfillment centers. When this happens, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each package.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Customs rules vary by country. Many orders arrive with no extra charges, but any import duties or local taxes that do apply are the customer's responsibility.
What happens if my package is lost or doesn't arrive?
If your tracking hasn't updated or your package hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our support team. We'll investigate with the courier and make sure you receive your order or a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, through our secure and encrypted checkout powered by PayTR.
Can I shop in my local currency?
Yes. Use the country and currency selector at the top of our site to browse prices in your preferred currency for a clearer shopping experience.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
At checkout, enter your promo code in the "Discount code" box and click Apply. Your total will update automatically. Please note that only one code can be used per order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details right after your purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so please contact us within 12 hours of purchase if you need to change or cancel. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and simply makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on unused pet products in their original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your cat or dog accessories, contact our support team to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. If you'd like a different size or product, contact our support team within 14 days and we'll help arrange an exchange.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days. It may take a few additional days to appear on your bank or card statement.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry if that happens. Email our customer support team with photos of the damage and we'll quickly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Are FurvioShop toys and accessories safe for pets?
Absolutely. Pet safety is our top priority. Our dog chew toys, cat teasers, and everyday accessories are made from non-toxic, pet-friendly, and highly durable materials.
How do I know which size pet bed to buy?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart and weight guide, especially for our cozy plush cave beds and dog mats. If you're unsure or between sizes, we recommend sizing up for your pet's extra comfort.
Are your pet beds and plush toys machine washable?
Most of our soft pet beds and plush toys are machine washable on a gentle cycle. Please refer to the care instructions on each product page to keep your items in great shape.
Do you sell replacement filters for the pet water dispensers?
Yes. We stock replacement parts, including filters for our leakproof dog water bottles and cat water fountains. You'll find them in our Pet Feeding & Watering collection.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
Restocks happen regularly. If something you love is sold out, reach out through our Contact page and we'll let you know when it's expected back.
