SHIPPING POLICY

At Furvio Shop, our priority is to get your orders to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below is detailed information about our processing and shipping times.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We partner with reliable global fulfillment centers. Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe (EU & Non-EU): 7 - 15 business days
  • United States, Canada, UK: 7 - 15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance processes, local postal bottlenecks, or peak holiday seasons.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Furvio Shop is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your local regulations, especially within the European Union, regarding import VAT and customs duties.

5. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, orders containing multiple products may be dispatched in separate packages from different warehouses. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost to you.

6. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe significantly, please contact us at info@furvioshop.com so we can investigate and make it right.
